Holly is a full time artist / designer working from her studio in London, UK. She is also the creator of super cute plush line, Cavey.

While working as a professional model maker Holly was introduced to the designer toy scene when her studio was asked to collaborate on a piece for the Action Man 40:40 show in 2006. Following this first foray into the world of designer toys she combined her love of sewing and customizing Blythe dolls to create her instantly recognisable Girls in Monster Suit toys. Born in the early 80’s, she grew up with the fantasy films of the time; The Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, and The Never Ending Story, which clearly manifest themselves in her work today.

Under her A Little Stranger anonym Holly has built up a strong following in the customisation scene and also creates, produces and distributes her own plush line Cavey. Cavey’s short run format has become a huge hit, with people clamouring to get their hands on the latest releases and a wealth of top toy artists working with her on one-off designs for Cavey’s birthday party shows.

Holly loves creating and has recently begun working with silver in jewellery making. When she’s not creating things she loves guinea pigs, drum and bass, stuff with cute faces on from Japan and talking about herself in the third person.
